Policy Can Meet Real Impact
A decade at the intersection of global trade, AI and data strategy, for investment agencies, cloud service providers and providers and international business development agencies such as NZTE and Spark, and an academic background in communications and psychology, has taught me one thing: scale requires clarity.
I understand the structural and dynamic complexities of scaling. My focus is the translation of fragmented data and information, systems, processes and behaviour into decision-velocity. I de-risk the future by translating friction into decision-ready knowledge.

I collaborate with leadership teams to architect the systems that turn stagnant data into strategic assets. My work is built at the intersection of high-stakes policy and technical execution. Having navigated the space between the Technology Investment Network (TIN) and architecting narratives for CCL (Spark) and Umbrellar, I’ve seen one consistent failure: Even the most sophisticated systems, with smart people behind them, become strategic liabilities when they cannot be translated into decision-ready knowledge.
At New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE), I have overseen governance for transitions involving $1.15 Billion in annual Foreign Direct Investment. In this environment, the cost of ‘Knowledge Silos’ is clear and can be measured. When technical risk is poorly translated, structured and communicated, scaling stalls and opportunities are lost.
I provide the bridge. I help organisations dismantle the barriers between their technical experts and their executive boards, ensuring that every data point contributes to a clear, de-risked roadmap for growth.
